Jayanta has led multiple advisory, transformation and consulting roles in diverse technology areas such as multi-cloud migration, global contact centers, application modernization, AI, analytics, automation, and cybersecurity to empower business growth, innovation, and resilience for global fortune 500 clients and consulting partners.

Vid Byanna

Vid is a change agent to help organizations drive technology transformation with measurable benefits. With a proven record successfully delivering technology consulting projects and as the former CTO of Accenture’s IT organization, he brings a broad perspective in all facets of the IT lifecycle - business case development, architecture, implementation, deployment and operations.

After 27 years at Accenture, Vid has spent the past six years conducting over 250 IT due diligence projects for private equity firms and performing IT strategy and transformation planning for companies in various industries.

Sanjay Prasad

Sanjay is a seasoned business technology professional with over 35 years of experience in enterprise IT and digital interventions across both sides of the table as CIO as well as P&L Head for IT Services. He uniquely blends the experience of an enterprise technology leader (Tata Power, CESC, Citigroup, Unilever, Colgate and Tata Motors) and IT/ITES service provider (TCS) across large enterprises spanning varied verticals as BFS, Power and Utilities, CPG and Manufacturing, of a mentor to startups, and of an influencor in trade and statutory bodies. In these apex IT roles, in the above-mentioned sectors, either internally or partnering with clients to deliver operational and transformational value thru a curated roadmap in IT & Digital Governance, outcome-based innovation framework, business process automation, cybersecurity and customer experience. He also holds as an inventor, patents in the area of automation.

Rajnish Virmani

Rajnish Virmani has been in CEO, COO and CIO roles for over 12 years. Now a Management Consultant, Rajnish is a truly Global Leader having about 40 years of international experience in large multinational organizations. He has led European, American and British teams of over 1,000 staff, and Indian teams of over 10,000 staff.

Rajnish currently takes on consulting assignments on strategic planning, leadership development, establishing greenfield operations, Change Management, Operational excellence, Right Sizing organizations, Linking company vision to leadership OKR, etc.

Tim Montgomery

Tim has extensive experience leading IT organizations on the customer side and managing global P&Ls on the vendor side. His leadership roles include positions at GE, Stanley, Cigna, Satyam, Virtusa, and CIBER. As CIO at GE’s Equipment Division, Tim managed IT across diverse global businesses. He also led Directlink Technologies as MD, established Cigna's Global Outsourcing Program, and drove double-digit growth at Satyam. At Virtusa, he built a Global Managed Services Business, and at CIBER, he transformed a 6,800-person staffing firm into a global outsourcing organization. Tim holds a BS in IT from Union College and an Executive MBA from RPI.

A proven record of enhancing customer experience and reduce unit cost to serve through process transformation across multiple organizations through varied digital solutions.

Atul Deshpande brings in over 25 years of expertise in cutting edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Big Data, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Cloud.

Atul is a seasoned leader with expertise in leading large multi-cultured international teams in India, US and Nordic region.

He has designed and developed some of the most complex data centric applications for various global customers in the Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Contact Center, Ecommerce, Retail, Telecom and Healthcare domain.

Atul has a hands-on expertise in designing and implementing complex Industrial IoT solutions for the manufacturing industry (Process & Discrete manufacturing)

He also works as a technical advisor to Industry leaders to formulate enterprise data strategy, digital transformation roadmap, business use cases and ROI.

An engineer-MBA, Sanjay currently serves on the board of a Financial Services firm besides being most recently in the advisory board of a global Software Services major.

Joji is a dynamic leader with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, specialising in IT Infrastructure and Operations. Served as a BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) System Integration practice head, overseeing the design and deployment of innovative banking solutions.

As Practice Head - Enterprise Managed Services at HCL for over a decade, I drove operational excellence and automation for global Service Transformation. In the last six years as Director - Service Delivery at SymphonyAI, I led the design and deployment of AI-enabled enterprise service management solutions, encompassing ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and Orchestration for major clients in India, the Middle East, and South East Asia.
